RECIPE
Curry Powder – The Must-Have Indian Spice Blend!Makes about 10 Tablespoons
- 2 Tablespoon ground turmeric
- 2 Tablespoon ground coriander
- 1½ Tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 Tablespoon ground fenugreek
- 2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground caraway optional
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground fennel optional
