This Blue Spirulina smoothie is inspired by Anastasia Cafe'.
Anastasia is one of my favorite vegan Cafe', But I never had their famous "Blue Goddess" smoothie.
And as usual, when Gad marks a culinary goal and challenges me - it ends with a recipe for a blog.
So I took out the blender, pulled out of the pantry pure pineapple juice with no added sugar, popped in coconut milk, banana, and dates, and carefully opened the bag with the "Blue Cocaine."

And why does the image of cocaine come to mind?
Remember Woody Allen's movie, "Annie's Hall"? The scene where he is offered to sniff cocaine? And what does he do? Sneeze over the row! And so thousands of dollars were scattered like ashes all over.
Well, that was my concern - that I might do the same to this blue powder worth its gold weight.
After a few spinning, a delicious, nutritious drink emerged with stunning blue color. Tip: Don't make it often if you do not want to put your budget at risk 🙂
Enjoy, and let me know how it turned out❣️
