- Pour the oil into a large skillet or a wok, add the onion, and sauté over medium-low heat until the onion is caramelized. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds.
- Add the vegan pulled meat, incorporate the spices, and sauté for a few minutes.
To Serve
- Warm the pita wraps or tortillas in a dry skillet or in the microwave
- Spread tzatziki on the pita, leaving the edges clean. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes, hot peppers, and rocket leaves on top. Add the vegan pulled meat and fries.
- Roll up the pita and serve with a small bowl of tzatziki.
