Vegan chocolate ice cream with Ninja Creami

Melt chocolate with maple syrup and oil. Add milk, cocoa, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend and freeze. Turn on the Creamy Ninja, and in a few minutes, you’ll have creamy, reduced-fat ice cream with a pronounced chocolate flavor. Enjoy! 😋❣

Ingredients
 
 

  • 100 gram dark chocolate snapped into cubes
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or sugar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cups oat milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coco powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
topping, optional
  • colored candy chocolate chips, or grated chocolate

Method
 

  1. Melt in the microwave: chocolate, oil, and maple syrup. Take out and mix well.
  2. Transfer to a blender and add milk, cocoa, salt and vanilla extract and process until combined.
  3. Pour into one or two of Ninja Creami containers, and freeze overnight.
  4. Transfer to the Ninja Creami, and activate according to the instructions.
Toppings
  1. Once the ice cream is ready, you can add colored candies, chocolate chips, or grated chocolate; Just activate the Creamy Ninja on "toppings" mode.
