- Put milk and sugar in a small saucepan and cook until the sugar melts
- Grind the Bamba in a blender, add milk, sugar, salt, oil, and vanilla. Process for a few more seconds. If necessary, stop the blender and scrape the sides with a spatula"
- "Transfer to the Ninja container and freeze for about 24 hours"
- Remove from the freezer, assemble the container on the Ninja Creami, and run the ‘Ice Cream’ program. Within a few minutes, you get a perfectly creamy ice cream
- Toppings
- If you want to add Bamba pieces to the ice cream, add them to the ice cream container, close the container and reassemble it on the machine. Select the ‘Mix-ins’ program, and it’s ready within about two minutes
- To Serve
- Using an ice cream scoop, form balls and place them in an ice cream cup or a waffle cone. Sprinkle more Bamba on top
- There’s no need to take it out of the freezer in advance for the ice cream to soften. Simply return it to the Ninja Creami, select the ‘Additional Mix’ program, and after about two minutes, you’ll have ice cream with a perfect texture that’s ready to serve
Notes
You can make a milkshake from ice cream, similar to Goodness's. Here’s a simple recipe:
- Place ice cream in a blender.
- Add oat milk or other plant milk.
- Sweeten to taste.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Decorate with plant-based whipped cream and Strawberry Bamba crumbs.
- You can drizzle some strawberry sauce on top.
